I am just curious. I presume others have already integrated LLM’s into Orthanc using either a C++ Plugin or a Python Plug-in Script. Gemini and ChatGPT are probably not ready yet for medical imaging, but they are not bad either. MONAI is a better platform for medical imaging.
It is relatively easy to build an interface using Python. There is a hackathon for the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine starting later this month.
The Hackathon is relatively informal and fun. They focus on DicomWeb, FHIR, and interoperability (including with Orthanc, etc.).
There are a few interesting pitches already.
