Cant start Orthanc

Hello im getting an issue starting my orthanc service
In the log file im getting the following message:

W0429 13:37:48.297690 FromDcmtkBridge.cpp:200] Loading the embedded dictionaries

E0429 13:37:48.297690 FromDcmtkBridge.cpp:240] The DICOM dictionary has not been correctly read

E0429 13:37:48.297690 main.cpp:1169] Uncaught exception, stopping now: [Internal error] (code -1)

W0429 13:37:48.297690 main.cpp:1202] Orthanc has stopped

Anyone could help me?
