I finally got Orthanc setup with file-explorer 2 using the docker image. The current issue I am having now is automatically having the images update in my “local studies” instead of having to retrieve them. Is there a way to automatically do this? I get a little mixed up on which images I have already retrieved. Also is there a way to change the date format so it displays differently (e.g. June 22, 2023)
