Any way to reduce size

I am really satisfied with Orthanc’s performance, but there’s something that has me thinking. Is it necessary for Orthanc to create these files?

I have the indexer and PostgreSQL plugins installed.

Is there any way to omit the creation of these files, is taking so much space when i surpass 1000 studies.

I actually don’t understand your setup.

You are using the indexer plugin to index what seems to be an Orthanc storage folder ???

The indexer plugin is meant to be used to parse existing folders with a human friendly structure.
