3rd party viewer problem

Hi. When i use a 3rd party viewer like micro dicom or on the iphone, it accesses orthanc no issues there. However when viewing a ct or xray the image or scans are downloaded first to the pc instead of direct viewing from the orthanc server. How to solve this?

Also any suggestion of a responsive mobile app for orthanc? Seems orthanc is not mobile responsive

None of the the viewers that are usually paired with Orthanc require you to download DICOMs on the disk before viewing them.

Could you supply more information on the tools that you use and about your setup and configuration. It’s not very clear what tool you are using to view your CTs and X-rays?
