# Viewer and download icons grayed out in OE2

One of my users sees the viewer and download icons grayed out. No other users see it this way as far as I know; I’ve been unable to reproduce this myself, even using the same OS and browser (M1 Mac, Safari).

The buttons still work, even though they’re grayed out - this is purely cosmetic.

Any ideas?

No idea. You may check for errors in the console of the browser developer tools.
