Hi there,

Can anyone point me in the right direction for creating a new UI layer over Orthanc? I just want to customize my own UI and screens to better fit into our workflow.

If you want a custom UI and don’t wish to use one of the options listed, you’d probably need to write a custom front-end that uses a reverse proxy like NGINX and/or leverage the RESTAPI in such an application to build your custom UI.

The Explorer2 interface packaged with more recent releases is an improvement, but if you want something more sophisticated than the Basic Auth you would need one of the other options.
