Why orthanc is not supporting SR Modality

Orthanc does support Dicom SR.

This message probably appears in the browser console when you open the Osimis Viewer (by the way, thanks for your detailed message :wink: ).

So indeed, the Osimis Viewer (and Stone Viewer) do not display Dicom SR. Why: because we have not implemented it so far. If you need this feature, feel free to develop it or fund it by getting in touch with us.
