Unable to open DICOM files in orthanc archive

Hi,
I have problem with my PC running orthanc. The PC cannot be run but i manage to recover the orthanc storage folder (as in attachment). I have issue to open DICOM files in this archive.
I have tried using horos, radiant and Gingko CADx to open the files inside this archive. All this application cannot read the files.
My aim is to re install orthanc application in other computer and open this orthanc archive there.

I really need help on this. Thank you in advance.

Did you enable the “StorageCompression” configuration ?
If not, Orthanc will only store dicom files that you should be able to re-open in any dicom viewer.
If yes, you may use the RecoverCompressedFile tool that is bundled with Orthanc (check this conversation)

Note that you can also simply copy your Orthanc storage, configuration files and DB to a new PC and start Orthanc from there without re-importing anything.
