Obviously, the core developers of the Orthanc project do not direct have access to any modality from any vendor, as explained in the FAQ:
https://book.orthanc-server.com/faq/proprietary.html

It is up to the community (in the T16 case, you) to test Orthanc against the modalities they use, then inform the Orthanc developers about possible issues. This is the way free and open-source software work: By receiving feedback from the community.
