# Stoneviewer is not loading with Orthanc

I have uploaded my encapsulated PDF DICOM but I am not able to view that in Stoneviewer it just keeps on loading.

**Hello,**

Have you tried to click a second time on the icon of the PDF series?

If this doesn’t solve the issue, [please provide a sample DICOM file](https://orthanc.uclouvain.be/book/users/support.html#discussing-a-minimal-working-example).

Stone viewer just shows loading sign and i am not able to see any series or any screen it’s just keeps on loading. Let me know how to upload attachment?
