"Remote client has likely closed the connection" during DICOM upload

Hi everybody,
I am facing another issue during DICOM series upload from a folder. During the upload, at some point, it retrieves errors so I see the progress bar with green/red mixed colored bar.
If I look at Orthanc logs, this message appears:
“This HTTP answer has not sent the proper number of bytes in its body. The remote client has likely closed the connection”. I am not using the “Transfer accelerator plugin”, or at least I don’t know If this plugin is used by default. My Orthanc image is this one orthancteam/orthanc:25.4.2 and I don’t set any transfer accelerator plugin configuration.
Any suggestion?

Hello,

Please be more specific by providing a screenshot of what tool you are using to upload the series. Presumably, this is either Orthanc Explorer or Orthanc Explorer 2.

You should also share sample, problematic DICOM images for other people to independently reproduce your issue.
