query/Retrieve "error during retrieve"

i’m install the lastest version of orthanc, but its gave me an error during retrieve, its fine in previous version, BTW im using windows installer

As explained in the Orthanc Book, you must provide a minimal working example:

This at least includes your configuration files and your logs in “–verbose” mode.

You must as well verify the logs of the “SYNGOVIA” modality. As you are using proprietary software by Siemens (i.e. syngo.via), the following FAQ entry also applies:

When reporting a problem, please supply :

  • Context and full textual description of your issue. When talking about DICOM networking issues, carefully describe the imaging modalities into play (including their manufacturers) and your network topology.
  • Full configuration files.
  • Full logs as produced by Orthanc in verbose mode.
  • Sample DICOM files.
    In your case, the log in verbose mode is the absolute minimum information required. Without out, there’s not much we can say except that “something went wrong somewhere” :grinning:
