Please help, I need to read/backup cardiology studies from my pc

I just got an Acuson sequoia 512 (my sonos 7500 stopped working) I have a fairly basic network, a (modem-router-switch) I installed orthanc on my storage PC and set up the ip addresses on the acuson machine. I'm having trouble sending/receiving the dicom files from the machine to read them.
Storage pc ip - 192.168.1.5:4242
Acuson IP - 192.168.1.15:2100
Router IP - 192.168.1.1

please advise.

Wow it seems I have figured it out.
using ginkgo CADx I was able to fix everything.
