Partial Data from Modality Console

Hello,

I have a Orthanc Server setup at my center. The server is connected to a Philips Ingenia MRI Console. However, the data I get to my server is broken - some instances are missing. On checking the verbose logs, I see the following 3 error messages, popping up repeatedly.

E1219 05:02:37.493018 PluginsErrorDictionary.cpp:100] Exception inside the plugin engine: Parameter out of range
E1219 05:02:37.503073 PluginsManager.cpp:188] Exception while invoking plugin service 6014: Bad file format
E1219 05:02:37.503155 PluginsManager.cpp:153] Cannot uncompress a DICOM image
W1219 07:25:26.237260 SetOfCommandsJob.cpp:209] Ignoring an error in a permissive job: Error in the network protocol

Please help.

Could you provide the version of Orthanc you use and the configuration file?

Hello,

This clearly indicates an issue with the DICOM files received from your Philips Ingenia MRI Console. Please provide a sample, possibly anonymized, problematic DICOM file as a minimal working example.
