Orthanc does not plug any plugins

I try to install Orthanc on Windows 10, but no any plugins appear at the plugins page:

but I see that on the test server all plugins are successfully plugged:
https://demo.orthanc-server.com/app/explorer.html#plugins
No any visible error occures during installation or working.

Also such lines found in the log file:

W0414 09:42:35.789841 PluginsManager.cpp:261] Registering plugin ‘gdcm’ (version 1.5)
W0414 09:42:35.796822 PluginsManager.cpp:261] Registering plugin ‘neuro’ (version 1.0)
W0414 09:42:35.800812 PluginsManager.cpp:261] Registering plugin ‘odbc-index’ (version 1.1)

I try to install Orthanc in the default path, C:\Program Files\Orthanc Server, or in the d:\Orthanc, with no change on plugins page.

Maybe you have any clues what’s happend and how to fix issue.
I’ve used actual 64x windows installator.

I have never encountered a situation where the plugins are successfully registered and do not appear on the plugins endpoint. Are you certain you do not have two Orthanc instances running ?

I’ve moved files from “C:\Program Files\Orthanc Server\Logs” to temp dir, and new files does not created here.

I could not attach old log files.

And yes, there is only one Orthanc instance.

More 2 cents. I’ve starting Orthanc with admin privileges because it folder is not fully accessible

Hello,

If you have installed Orthanc using the official installers, then Orthanc is already running as a Windows service in the background, with all the plugins enabled. This is for instance explained in the (very old) Beginners’s Guide to Orthanc by Emsy Chan - By the way, it would be nice if some contributor could create an updated version of such a guide for Microsoft Windows.

I would strongly advise you to remove all your current Orthanc installation, then start with a fresh install.
