orthanc and radiant

When orthanc and radiant (viewer) are connected, it is possible to search data in radiant, but it is not possible to download. what’s the reason?

Hello,

This most probably means that you haven’t configured Radiant so that it knows the IP/port/AET of Orthanc. Check out the logs of Radiant and of Orthanc:
