OE 1.92+ Modality Study List Issue

Hello,

First of all thank you for all the work on Orthanc, we find it very useful.

We are seeing a potential issue with the search fields in the Modality Study list on OE2 since 1.9.2 on our Ubuntu setup. The cancel button is going over multiple columns and shifting everything over. The local modality list appears to be fine.

I have fixed it in this commit.

This will soon be available in the mainline binaries and, later, in the next official release.
