Hello,
You can download ZIP archives containing a DICOMDIR using the route /studies/{...}/media in the REST API of Orthanc. This feature is directly available in the Orthanc Explorer interface as button “Download DICOMDIR”.
After downloading the ZIP archive, simply uncompress it into your DVD burner software.
