Dear community,
As you know, the Orthanc project is now mostly hosted on the computing infrastructure provided by the UCLouvain university.
A maintenance of this infrastructure is planned on Thursday April 4th. This may notably impact this Discourse forum. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
Kind Regards,
Sébastien-
Reminder: This is today. Please expect at least one to two hours of disturbances from 9am (UTC+2).
I am a little confused now.
Docker Images
Which Docker images are available? I just updated from: FROM orthancteam/orthanc:24.3.5-full
and I got a few minor dependency issues because the Debian version got updated to Bookworm: Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)
There are some on Docker Hub from biocontainers that I’ve never seen before.
This is the download page from UCLouvain: Downloads
Hello,
This is explained in the Orthanc Book: We provide 2 flavors of official Docker images:
- The
jodogne/orthanc-plugins
images for experimental deployments to start everything at once (this is what we use at UCLouvain for research and teaching).
- The
orthancteam/orthanc
for real-world deployments with the perspective of professional administration (this is what Orthanc Team uses for its customers).
Any other Docker image is not officially supported by the code developers of the Orthanc project.
Regards,
Sébastien-
