In the company I work for we have two PACS and one of them is Orthanc.
We use it to send some exams to the other Backup pacs and I would like to be able to see in the work list whether the exam was sent to the backup pacs or not! Is it possible to configure this?
I will try to illustrate my needs in images.

no. But you could use lua scripting or python to add a label when a study has been transferred. Labels are then displayed in the UI.
