As Benoît suggested, you should provide information on your setup. While on that, can you provide us your Orthanc configuration and that of iOviyam2 and Oviyam2 as well, please?
I’ve got a hunch though. Though I’m not acquainted with the app, I suspect it queries Orthanc using the DICOM protocol.
If that holds true, then I suspect Orthanc and iOviyam2 would have to know each other (configuration-wise). Else DICOM communication won’t be possible.

The problem is that on the computer it works very well but when I try to connect to a tablet or smartphone, I have no results for my search of my patients data.
