Good day. An HP GEN8 RAID 60.46 Gb Ram server was organized for storing medical data. Installed Orthanc, MySQL, MySQL plugin. Speed ​​test results using IPERF3 850 Mb / s. When downloading studies via DICOM from Othank, the speed does not rise above 350Mb / s. And when uploading images, no more than 100Mb / s. Even though “CurrentJobs”: 0 or “CurrentJobs”: 2? How to resolve low speed issue?

Make sure to read the following page, especially make sure that Orthanc and its plugins were all compiled with “-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release”:

If you are looking for performance, consider replacing MySQL by PostgreSQL, and avoid storing the DICOM files into a SQL database (use the filesystem instead):
