How to install plugins to replace the default storage area and the default SQLite index by a PostgerSQL

Hello team,

Can anyone please simple the process of replacing SQLite to PostgerSQL.
I have downloaded the PostgerSQL what’s the next step should I follow.
also in which part of Config file should the section that specifies the address of the PostgreSQL server be added?
What about keep-alive part.

It would be helpful if someone explain the process step by step.
