How to convert DICOM SEG to STL format?

Hi.
Orthanc STL plugin can convert RT-STRUCT to STL format. But OHIF can convert segmentation to DICOM SEG format (OHIF also have convert to RT-STRUCT button, but it doesn’t work currently).
