How does the WorkList server knows that the modality have operated the medical Image checking?

Orthanc can receive/store/send DICOM instances that come with MPPS-related DICOM tags inside their datasets. However, as of Orthanc 1.8.2, the Orthanc SCP does not implement the N-CREATE and N-SET commands to create/update MPPS in the worklists. Such features could be implemented with financial support from the industry.
