Hi,

With the Google Cloud Storage plugin (2.5.3, `orthancteam/orthanc:26.6.1-full`), an upload occasionally stalls under concurrent C-STORE load. The C-STORE then gets no response for ~120 s, the sender gives up at its 60 s timeout, and the rest of the study is never sent. We’ve seen it in load tests (121 s, 113 s) and once in production (119 s). The same instance stores in under a second otherwise.

The ~120 s is google-cloud-cpp’s default `TransferStallTimeoutOption`. `GoogleStoragePlugin.cpp` builds the client from the credentials only, so it can’t be changed.

Could the Google plugin expose it, and ideally the retry policy, like `ConnectionTimeout` / `MaxRetries` on the AWS plugin? For example `"TransferStallTimeout": 20` in the `GoogleCloudStorage` section. A hung upload would then be retried well inside a sender’s 60 s.

Happy to test a build. Thanks!
