Ensuring Reliable DICOM Study Transfers Between Remote Orthanc PACS Instances

Two Orthanc PACS are configured remotely. Occasionally, internet issues arise, making it difficult to send DICOM studies from Orthanc 1 to Orthanc 2 due to internet instability. Is there a solution to configure Orthanc 1 to check the status of failed studies and resend them if Orthanc 2 did not successfully receive the studies?
