Hello there!
I wonder how orthanc works under heavy fire. I mean, does anyone managed to broke the server due to heavy traffic ?
If so, how heavy such traffic was ? I’d like to provide numbers myself, but i do not know what traffic we might encounter in future.
For now we are pretty sure there shan’t be any problems and my question is purely theorethical as we want to know how high we could scale with Orthanc.
To be more specific im asking especially about DICOM receiver and lua scripting (90% of cases we are reading data on arrival by lua script and do not store DICOM object itself - so there is no db issue).
I’ll be most thankful for any comments regarding this issue.
