We have set up an Ortchanc server and use Weasis to view x-ray pictures in two Tanzania hospital. When whe do annotation and send the picures to Orthanc the pictures is not redable.
We need some advice to get it working.

When I make a drawing on a xray picture and save it localy the picture with the drawing is saved and could be opened
Does anyone have any ide why not Dicom send work?

This looks like an issue to be reported to Weasis, not to Orthanc, right?
If the issue is in Orthanc, please provide us with a minimal working example so that the community can provide support.
