Copy icon OE2 problem

Docker, osimis 23.9.2 image,

checked in two pc, window 11, ubuntu 23.10, firefox and chrome bowser

the copy to clipboard icon does not works properly ( in all rows does not copy )

I’ve just tested, it works on my machine…
Could you give it a new try ?

Works on all my machines and browsers too. Please open the Browser dev tools and check for errors or logs in the console. This is what you should see:

Hi,

What version of Firefox and Chrome are you using ? This should work e.g on Chrome v66 which was release in Apr 2018

Hi,

Ok, it seems that this browser feature is actually only available in a secure context (when using HTTPS or http://localhost).

Can you confirm that your are accessing Orthanc through a url like http://1.2.3.4:8042 ?

It seems that the right thing to do on our side is to disable the button when the context is not secure.

I confirm that i was accessing Orthanc Explorer 2 through url http://192.168.1.51:8044/ui/app/#/

I confirm that changing to url localhost:8044/ui/app makes copy icon to fuction

This should have been fixed in this commit and will be available in the upcoming 1.2.1 version of the OE2 plugin.
