compression of studies.

I know the configuration allows the compression on the fly of NEW studies as they are recieved, but is there a command to make orthanc compress all OLD studies it has so resources can be released? any reference page i can read so i can schedule it as a job for midnight or other slow times?

any hint is a preciated, i read though the book content and I could not find a lead.

Hi,

The Housekeeper plugin can handle that but it was introduced in 1.11.0.

For 1.9.4, you’ll have to write an external script to download each file, recompress it and upload it again (make sure to set the “OverwriteInstances” configuration to true).
