Before doing any further investigation, please upgrade to Orthanc 0.8.6. The C-Find handler was improved since 0.8.0.

It should, but it might be a problem with the query.

Would it be possible for you to send me a problematic query using the "findscu" tool from DCMTK?

Now, We managed to query with Referring Physician Name so Orthanc returns successfully, We explored that it is a problem with querying node. Thanks for your attention.
