Cannot preview dicom file

Hi @alainmazy ,

I am using Orthanc to preview a dicom file , but Orthanc does not work. I use DCM4CHEE and it can preview it. Here is the verbose log

My Orthanc version is 1.12.5 running by command line : ./Orthanc ./Configuration.json –verbose

This is the dicom sample . Can you please help to check what happens in Orthanc core. Thanks a lot

I have fixed it in this commit.

Does this look correct ? Radiant is showing it all black so I have no reference…

Thanks a lot , it looks similar to Microdicom viewer. Should DicomWeb be fixed to have routes “/rendered” or “/thumbnail” correct results ?

Have you actually observed something wrong with the DICOMWeb routes ?

Because Stone now displays it correctly and it uses the /rendered route:

Hi Alain,
I will check again. Can you reveal some information when this fix will be released ? I checked the latest docker image 25.10.5-full , “/preview“ still does not work.

It will be included in the next Orthanc official release - sorry but I don’t know yet when we will release it.

In the meantime, you may use mainline binaries.
