BUG: Live share invite copy not working

Hi There

On the Osimis Web Viewer Pro bundled with the latest docker image for Orthanc (18.8.1, as well as on the ALPHA), the Liveshare invite Copy button throws an exception, ‘clipboard’ undefined.

Also, the Attendee count interpolation seems to be broken in the same version. Visible on the right hand side.
