Looks like there is a broke link there:

You probably want it:

[https://hg.orthanc-server.com/orthanc-stone/file/tip/Applications/Samples](https://hg.orthanc-server.com/orthanc-stone/file/tip/Applications/Samples)

or somewhere else, like [https://hg.orthanc-server.com/orthanc-stone/file/tip](https://hg.orthanc-server.com/orthanc-stone/file/tip).
