We need a system to use with Orthanc and iRay. We have installed Orthanc Server on our computer, but we can only drag and drop DICOM files. We need to automate this system and pair it with iRay. For example, when an x-ray of a patient is created by iRay, we should be able to automatically see the information and x-rays of this patient in Orthanc. We tried to integrate these two systems together, but we could not perform this process because we could not find enough information about it on the internet. Can you help us to do the process we mentioned?

I think you are trying to transfer X-ray images from iRay system to Orthanc Server.
Following information you need to configure in iRay: IP address: Which you can get from the computer’s networking information Port: The default Orthanc DICOM port is 4242. AETitle: The Application Entity Title is the “name” of the Orthanc PACS server - The default Orthanc DICOM AET is ORTHANC

Please note, for initial testing, disable the firewall in your system where Orthanc installed
Thank you for your reply. I have another question. We were only able to select one patient from iRay and import it to Orthanc Server. Is there any way to select multiple patients’ information and import them to Orthanc Server?

Selecting multiple study for import is a common feature.
