64 bit installer installs 32 bit?

Hi,

Actually Orthanc.exe is a 64bits executable but the OrthancService process is 32bits (this process is in charge of managing the Orthanc.exe 64 bits process).

So I can confirm that your are running the 64bits Orthanc.
